Little Stitch — No Refunds Policy (Personalised Embroidered Items)
Because all Little Stitch items are made to order and personalised, we operate a no refunds / no returns policy, except where an item arrives damaged or faulty.
1) No Refunds / No Returns (Personalised Items)
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size/colour choice
“Not as expected” where the item matches the order details
Customer errors in personalisation details (e.g. spelling, names, dates, wording, font choice, thread colour, placement selected at checkout)
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
2) Damaged or Faulty Items (Only Exception)
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Resolution (no refunds):
We will repair or replace the item (our choice), at no extra cost.
If a repair/replacement isn’t possible, we may offer an alternative resolution (e.g. store credit).
3) How to Report an Issue

4) Processing Time
Once approved, we’ll confirm the next steps and the expected turnaround time for your repair/replacement.
