Damaged in Transit

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size/colour choice
“Not as expected” where the item matches the order details
Customer errors in personalisation details (e.g. spelling, names, dates, wording, font choice, thread colour, placement selected at checkout)

2) Damaged or Faulty Items (Only Exception)
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will repair or replace the item (our choice), at no extra cost.
