Shipping Policy

• Processing time: Your toy is made to order. Processing times are shown at checkout (and/or in your order confirmation).

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout and includes postage + packaging.

• Dispatch confirmation: You’ll receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery times: Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date and can vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

• Address responsibility: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a repair or replacement (no refunds).

PersonalisationEmbroidery is stitched on the tummy. You can add up to 3 words (to keep the text clear and not too small). Choose your font and thread colour, then add the exact wording you’d like embroidered.

Returns & Cancellations

Little Stitch — No Refunds Policy (Personalised Embroidered Items)

Because all Little Stitch items are made to order and personalised, we operate a no refunds / no returns policy, except where an item arrives damaged or faulty.

1) No Refunds / No Returns (Personalised Items)

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size/colour choice

• “Not as expected” where the item matches the order details

• Customer errors in personalisation details (e.g. spelling, names, dates, wording, font choice, thread colour, placement selected at checkout)

Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

2) Damaged or Faulty Items (Only Exception)

If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue (and packaging if relevant)

Resolution (no refunds):

• We will repair or replace the item (our choice), at no extra cost.

• If a repair/replacement isn’t possible, we may offer an alternative resolution (e.g. store credit).
